SinoBeat is designed to be a private tool. The heartbeat recordings and analysis performed by the application are processed entirely on your mobile device.
Heartbeat Data: We do not upload, store, or transmit your heartbeat measurements, pulse waves, or history to our servers or any third parties.
Sensors: The app requires access to your device’s camera or sensors to detect your pulse. This data is used in real-time and remains within the application’s local storage.
Third-Party Platforms (Analytics and Attribution)
While your health data remains local, we use specific third-party service providers to ensure the app functions correctly and to understand our user base. These providers include:
Firebase (Google): Used for crash reporting and basic performance monitoring.
Data Analytics & Attribution Platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These help us understand which marketing sources led to an app installation and how users navigate the interface.
Information Involved: These third parties may collect technical identifiers, such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA), device model, and OS version. They do not have access to your heartbeat data.
Legal Basis for Processing

Contractual Necessity: Local processing of your heartbeat data is necessary to provide the recording service you requested.
Consent: For any technical data collected by third parties for marketing or analytics, we rely on your consent where required by law.

Data Retention
Local Health Data: Your heartbeat recordings are stored on your device's local memory. This data is retained as long as the app is installed or until you manually delete your history within the app.
Technical Support Data: If you contact us via email, we retain that communication only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
Analytics Data: Data collected by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for analysis, usually no longer than 14 to 26 months, and is then deleted or anonymized.

SinoBeat grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
Medical Disclaimer (Important)
SinoBeat is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The measurements provided are for informational purposes only. You should not rely on SinoBeat for medical diagnosis, heart disease prevention, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Use the Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SinoBeat and its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinoBeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on the accuracy of heartbeat data.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your device. We may terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms.
